Amazon keyword-link generator
Keyword + ASIN and/or ISBN-13 → the two test-reader link variants. Variant 1 adds the ASIN as an invisible search term (hidden-keywords) — simple & reliable. Variant 2 uses Amazon's official ISBN filter (p_66, plus p_78 when an ASIN is there) — more precise. Both show only your book while the buyer only sees the keyword.

Record PayPal payout — club books you paid
You already SENT the money in PayPal — this only records it. "Go" marks the chosen purchases as Paid and writes ONE row into the Payouts ledger. Afterwards click "Create Gutschrift": the watcher builds the PDF and Beleg-Nr within ~2 minutes.
2 · Bookkeeping sweep — book what you just paid
Everyone you marked as Paid waits here until the sweep books them. "Prepare" only READS and shows you exactly what would be written — nothing happens until you approve. Gutschrift PDFs are then generated automatically by the watcher (runs every 2 minutes) — see step 3 below.

Create or reset a login. The Mini-jobber role sees Tasks, People and Emails — never money (enforced by the server, not just hidden). Give Jana her password directly; it is stored only as a hash in ~/.bmo-users.json.
Type a name or an email (PayPal and club emails count too) — leads (ManyChat) and club members are searched together. Pick the person, and only their valid next steps are offered. Every change goes straight to Notion with a proof line. Paid is recorded ONLY on the Home tab.
