Send the money in PayPal, then click "Mark as Paid". The button only RECORDS the payment (Stage=Paid + today's date); the bookkeeping sweep does the rest.

Finds Paid CRM rows without bookkeeping, Paid club purchases, and new club members to create. "Prepare" only READS and shows you exactly what would be written — nothing happens until you approve. Gutschrift PDFs are then generated automatically by the watcher (runs every 2 minutes).

Pick the offer template + book(s), build the eligible list (members who bought, were already offered, or have an open purchase for a chosen book are excluded automatically). Then review each email and send one by one. Every send does the full bookkeeping: email + "Angebotene Bücher" + a Club Purchases row (Offered, price from the Links DB).

Read-only consistency report across CRM · Payouts · Club · Purchases. Writes nothing.

Only for what the buttons above can't do (odd data, one-off corrections, funnel/ads work).

You already SENT the money in PayPal — this only records it. "Go" marks the chosen purchases as Paid and writes ONE row into the Payouts ledger (Positionen per book, address wins over PayPal — same as the sweep). Afterwards click "Create Gutschrift": the watcher builds the PDF and Beleg-Nr within ~2 minutes.

The whole ManyChat pipeline without opening Notion — ONE database, the Ad/Book filter is your "view per ad". Everything is live from Notion — members from the Club DB, email texts from the Templates DB, books from the Links DB — refreshed every time you open this tab or click ↻.

Edit anything directly in the fields. Nothing is sent until you click Send.

For emails the composer can't build, describe it and hand it to a Claude session (drafts + dry-run, sends only after your OK there).
